Cílem práce je odhadnout škodu způsobenou v případu kartelu Trucks českým odběratelům a na základě získaných dat ji porovnat s výsledkem odhadu škody provedeném Evropskou komisí. Práce je rozdělená na čtyři hlavní části. Nejprve charakterizuji kartely a jejich negativní dopady. The aim of the thesis is to estimate the damage caused to Czech customers in the Trucks cartel case and, based on the data obtained, to compare it with the result of the damage estimate carried out by the European Commission.
