Diploma thesis "Squeeze-out of Minority Shareholders" deals with the legal mechanism allowing squeezing out minority shareholders from a joint-stock company. Diplomová práca „Vytěsnění akciové minority“ sa zaoberá právnym mechanizmom vytesnenia menšinových akcionárov z akciovej spoločnosti. Práca najskôr rozoberá teoretické otázky súvisiace s pojmom „squeeze-out“ a vysvetľuje jeho ekonomické opodstatnenie.
