Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem a jeho vlivem na pracovní výkon. Začátek teoretické části je věnován jednotlivým druhům stresu a následně fázím, do kterých se jedinec při stresové události dostává. Následující úsek je věnován fyziologii stresu. Druhá kapitola seznamuje s jednotlivými stresory, a to působícími, jak v pracovním prostředí, tak vně. Třetí kapitola se zabývá působením stresu na pracovišti a poslední část teoretické roviny je věnována zvládání stresu.V praktické části jsou zkoumány a následně identifikovány příčiny stresu ve společnosti Provident Financial s.r.o. Na závěr jsou zpracována doporučení pro eliminaci stresorů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with stress and its influence on job performance. The beginning of the theoretical part is devoted to various forms of stress and other stages, in which the individual receives during stressful events. The following section is devoted to the physiology of stress.The second chapter introduces the various stressors and acting, both in the workplace and outside. The third chapter deals with the effects of stress at work and the last part of the theoretical level is devoted to stress management.In the practical part are examined and then identified the causes of stress in the company Provident Financial s.r.o. In conclusion, there are recommendations to eliminate stress.
