Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenčního prostředí firmy TAJMAC-ZPS v Malenovicích. V první části jsou obsaženy poznatky z teorie o daném tématu jako je postup při analýze konkurence, Porterův pětifaktorový model, SWOT analýza a tři obecné konkurenční strategie. The bachelor work is focused on analyzing the competitive environment of company TAJMAC-ZPS in Zlin, Malenovice. The first part contains the theory of knowledge about this topic like the procedure for analyze competition Porter´s five forces and three general competitive strategies.
