Educational Opportunities for Kindergarten Teachers in the Field of Speech Therapy Prevention

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter, jejím cílem je popsat možnosti vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol v oblasti logopedické prevence. Teoretická část je zaměřena na logopedickou prevenci v mateřské škole, na vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol v oblasti logopedické prevence, ale i na samotnou roli učitele jako logopedického preventisty. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce prezentuje výsledky kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu získané pomocí dotazníkového šetření pro učitele mateřských škol. Výsledky výzkumu představují, jaké možnosti vzdělávání učitelé mateřských škol mají, ale také které nejčastěji využívají. Dále výzkum poukazuje na přínosy absolvování daného vzdělání, ale také na slabé stránky vzdělávání, kdy vzdělání nepřineslo všechna pozitiva, která by mělo, jako je např. využívání všech kompetencí, které učitelé mají po absolvování kurzu logopedické prevence s akreditací MŠMT.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis has a theoretical-research character, with the aim of describing options of education of teachers in kindergarten in the area of speech therapy prevention. The theoretical part is focused on speech therapy prevention in kindergarten, on education of teachers in kindergarten in the area of speech therapy prevention, as well as the role of a teacher as a speech therapy preventionist. The research part of the bachelor thesis presents results of a quantitatively oriented research obtained from a questionnaire survey for teachers in kindergartens. Results of the research present, which options of education the teachers in kindergarten have, but also which techniques they mostly use. In addition, the research points out the benefits of completion of specific education courses, but also the weaknesses of education, when education does not bring all the benefits, which should have brought, e.g. use of all competencies, which teachers have after completion of speech therapy prevention course with the accreditation MŠMT.
