The impact of layoffs on the climate in the organization

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit vliv propouštění na sociální klima v organizaci. Teoretický základ práce tvoří právní rámec problematiky propouštění, popis agenturního zaměstnávání, sociální aspekty ztráty zaměstnání a teoretický základ sociálního klimatu v organizaci. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem vlivu propouštění na sociální klima v organizaci. K výzkumu je využito dotazníkové šetřením ve vybrané skupině respondentů s následnou analýzou získaných dat.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to determine the effect of dismissals on the organizations social climate. The theoretical basis of the work consists of the legal framework of dismissal, the description of agency employment, social aspects of job loss and the theoretical basis of social climate in the organization. The practical part deals with the research of the effect of dismissals on the social climate in the organization. This is achieved by a questionnaire survey in a selected group of respondents and data analysis.
