Český trh hypotekárnych úverov pred a po kríze v USA a Českej republike
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá druhmi financovania, ktoré je možné využiť za účelom obstarania vlastného bývania, primárne sa sústrediac na hypotekárny trh Českej republiky. Cieľom je analyzovať jeho samotný vývoj, vysvetliť základné pojmy v rámci témy, a hlavne zhodnotiť aktuálne zmeny sprísňujúcich sa podmienok pri žiadaní o úver a prislúchajúce príčiny prameniace zo situácie na Americkom trhu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis deals with types of financing a person can use in order to ob-tain own living, focusing primarily on the mortgage market of the Czech Republic. It aims to provide analysis of its development, description of basic terms related to the topic, and mainly, to evaluate current changes in conditions tightening when applying for a mortgage and its causes originating from the USA market …more
