Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem skautingu na členy - učitele při volbě učitelského povolání. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu skautské organizace, základním myšlenkám skautingu a principům skautského výchovného systému. Zaměřuje se také na osobnost pedagoga a jeho přípravu na povolání. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of scouting on its members - teachers, when they decide for their teaching career. The theoretical part describes the Scout Movement, basic scout ideas and scouting education principles. It also deals with the personality of a teacher and his or her career preparation.
