Regulating the supercharge of combustion engines

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem „Regulace přeplňování spalovacích motorů“, která se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je převážně rešeršní, kde je z počátku věnovaná druhům přeplňování spalovacích motorů, kde jsou popsána mechanická dmychadla a turbodmychadla, a regulačním systémům přeplňování spalovacích motorů. Po této rešeršní části následuje druhá, jenž je hlavní část této bakalářské práce, která vychází z reálných potřeb pracoviště úspěšně zavedeném ve vývoji aktuátorů turbodmychadel. Zde je rozebrána revize současné metodiky testování vlastností elektrických aktuátorů. Podle potřeb dané společnosti byl vytvořen návrh nového konceptu systému měření testování elektrických aktuátorů. Tento koncept byl konzultován v dané společnosti a následně byl schválen.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of "Regulating the supercharge of combustion en-gines", which consists of two parts. The first part is mainly research, where it is initially devoted to types of overcharging of internal combustion engines, where mechanical blowers and turbochargers are described, and to regulatory systems of overcharging of internal combustion engines. This research part is followed by the second, which is the main part of this bachelor thesis, which is based on the real needs of the workplace successfully established in the development of turbocharger actuators. A revision of the current methodology for testing the properties of electric actuators is discussed here. According to the needs of the company, a new concept for a measurement system for testing electrical actuators has been developed. This concept was consulted in the company and subsequently approved.
