Tato práce pojednává o nádorech postihujících kost u historických populací. Zkoumá metody, kterými lze nádory studovat, a to jak morfologické, tak mole-kulární, které jsou v práci stěžejní. Shrnuje jednotlivé metody, porovnává je, hledá možnosti využití a snaží se navrhnout možnosti dalšího výzkumu. This work discuss about bone tumors in historical populations. It in-vestigates the methods by which can be tumors studied, both morpho-logical and molecular, which are main to the work. It sumarizes indivi-dual methods, compares them, looks for applications and tries to suggest posibilities for further research.
