Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití metody SERVQUAL k měření kvality v oblasti hotelových služeb. This Master´s Dissertation focuses on the possibilities of using SERVQUAL services for measuring quality in hotel services. The aim of this work is to increase the level of customer satisfaction by improving the quality of services provided at Fit Hotel in terms of its structure, supply and current competition.
