The organization principles of the Autonomous social centre Klinika

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na organizační principy kolektivu, který využívá horizontální struktury na příkladu Autonomního sociálního centra Klinika v Praze. V první části práce vymezuje pojmy: squat, squatting, management, autonomie, anarchismus, DIY a subkultura. Druhá část popisuje fungování Autonomního sociálního centra Klinika, které je doplněno rozhovory s vybranými členy kolektivu Klinika a zástupci 3 vybraných projektů, které na Klinice byly realizovány.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the organizational principles of a collective which utilizes a horizontal structure at the example of the Autonomous cultural and social centre Klinika in Prague. The first part of the thesis defines the terms: squat, squatting, management, autonomy, anarchism and DIY subculture. The second part describes the functioning of the Autonomous cultural and social centre Klinika. which is complemented by interviews with the selected members of the Klinika´s collective and representatives of three selected projects which were implemented at the Klinika.
