Předmětem diplomové práce „Efektivita nástrojů výběrového řízení“ je analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část práce mapuje jednotlivé kroky procesu od identifikace potřeby obsazení pracovního místa až po adaptaci zaměstnance, včetně možností hodnocení úspěšnosti celého procesu.
