Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení kvality sociální práce v centrech duševního zdraví. Cílem práce je zhodnotit kvalitu sociální práce v centrech duševního zdraví z pohledu klientů. Jedná se o práci výzkumnou, která je členěna do dvou částí na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na centra duševního zdraví a pojmy, které s centry blízce souvisí a jsou pro práci důležitá. Výzkumná část se zabývá hodnocením sociální práce v centrech duševního zdraví z pohledu klientů, které bylo zjišťováno kvantitativní metodou sběru dat - dotazníkem a následnou analýzou, která byla provedena v programu IBM SPSS.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the quality of social work in a mental health center. The aim of the work is to evaluate the quality of social work in the mental health center from the perspective of clients. This is a research work, which is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part focuses on mental health centers, which are closely related to the center and are important for the work. The research part deals with the assessment of social work in the mental health center, which was determined by a quantitative method of data collection - a questionnaire and subsequent analysis, which was carried out in the IBM SPSS program.
