Intermediates of organic fluorescence chromophores - synthesis and basic characterization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. V teoretické části se zaobírám tématem fluorescence, popisem barevnosti látek a bio zobrazovacími metodami. Dále jsem provedla rešerši na téma substituované trans-stilbeny s ohledem na jejich syntézu a optické vlastnosti. Na konec teoretické části je umístěn návrh syntézy cílové molekuly. V experimentální části jsem provedla ověření navržené syntézy v laboratorním měřítku a charakterizovala jsem cílovou molekulu UV-vis a fluorescenční spektroskopií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. In the theoretical part I describe the topic of fluorescence, description of colors and bio imaging methods. Furthermore, I look into a topic of substituted trans-stilbenes where I pay attention to their synthesis and optical properties. At the end of the theoretical part there is a proposition for the synthesis of the target molecule. In the experimental part, I performed a verification of the planed synthesis on a laboratory scale and characterized the target molecule by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.
