Abstract:
Práce je věnována průtokové cytometrii se zaměřením na diagnostiku v hematoonkologii. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé části přístroje, používané CD znaky, přehledně shrnuty nejčastější hematoonkologická onemocnění a jejich diagnostika.
Abstract:
This work is focused on flow cytometry and immunophenotyping in hematooncology. The individual parts of the instrument, the used clusters of differentiation are described. The most common haematological diseases and their diagnosis are summarized.
