Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prodejem bezlepkových potravin na maloobchodním trhu s důrazem na maloobchodní řetězce. První kapitola pojednává o charakteristice bezlepkových potravin a o zvýšeném zájmu o tyto potraviny v posledních letech. The bachelor thesis applies to the sale of gluten-free foods in retail market with an emphasis on retail chains. The first chapter deals with characteristics of gluten-free foods and the increased interest in these foods in recent years.
