Dodací parita a její vliv na stanovení ceny u konkrétní smlouvy

The terms of delivery and its impact on prices in a particular agreement.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dodací podmínky v kupní smlouvě, jejich definici a použití. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje náležitosti kupní smlouvy, definuje dodací podmínky Incoterms a podrobně seznamuje s jednotlivými doložkami. Teoretická část byla vypracována ve spolupráci se společností ČZ a.s. a uvádí použití dodacích podmínek v praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis explains the terms of delivery and is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part informs about the sales agreement and in particular about the international commercial terms. The second part has been developed in cooperation with the company CZ a.s. and shows the use of the delivery terms on a concrete example of agreement.
