With the development of global commerce and the rise of new online media, there are more and more business scandals, whether it is financial fraud and the "new" model of forging profits to deceive investors Enron scandal, or when China's business is in its infancy Frequent counterfeit and shoddy products. Whether it occurs inside or outside the company, whether it is unethical behavior between companies or between suppliers and consumers, it will cause serious harm to social groups. This makes people's requirements for the company's business ethics increasingly high, and business ethics is becoming more and more important in company decision-making. These incidents are all commercial behaviors, and the company’s managers, that is, the people who govern the company, make the decisions about commercial behaviors. Therefore, these decisions that violate business ethics are also closely related to corporate governance. This article will focus on the relationship between business ethics and related issues, so as to make people realize the importance of business ethics to business activities and corporate governance, and give corresponding suggestions.
