Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detekcí genů rezistence na antibiotika u bakterie Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Cílem této práce bylo u vybraných kmenů Pseudomonas aeruginosa stanovit antimikrobiální citlivost a poté zavést metodu multiplexní polymerázové řetězové reakce pro detekci genů, které souvisejí s rezistencí bakterií na antimikrobiální látky. This diploma thesis deals with the detection of antibiotic resistance genes in bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The aim of this work was to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of selected strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and then to optimize a multiplex polymerase chain reaction method for the detection of genes related to bacterial resistance to antimicrobials.
