Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá operativním řízením výroby. Poznatky, získané z teoretické části, jsou aplikovány na konkrétní podnik, který vyrábí ponožky. Podnik je v práci charakterizován z hlediska provozního managementu a operativního řízení výroby. Jednotlivé činnosti operativního řízení jsou zde popsány a v některých případech jsou navrhnuta určitá zlepšení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis mainly focuses on operational production management. The findings discussed in theoretical part have been applied to specific textile enterprise producing socks. It is being described from operational management perspective and production management point of view. All operational activities are being described and to some new improvement approaches have been proposed.
