Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivační preference studentů, kteří studují ve vybrané oblasti ČLR. Dotazníkového šetření bylo provedeno na partnerských univerzitách North China University of Technology v Pekingu a Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College v Tsingtau. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy spojené s danou problematikou. Pojmy jako motivace, motivační faktory, teorie motivace, motiv, stimul i představení generace Z na kterou je průzkum zaměřen. V aplikační části jsou prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zkoumány motivační preference studentů NCUT a SFTC. Výsledky šetření jsou vyhodnoceny a porovnány v jednotlivých skupinách dotazovaných jedinců na základě věku, pohlaví, formy studia nebo již získané pracovní zkušenosti. Nejdůležitější faktory, které studenty motivují si vyhodnotíme pomocí statistické metody Studentův T-test pro vyobrazení rozdílů v aritmetickém průměr, a poukážeme na nejdůležitější preference podle studentů. Závěr práce obsahuje návrh konkrétních doporučení pro školy, která pomůžou ke zlepšení motivace, nastavení motivačních faktorů a zvýšení výkonu studentů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the motivational preferences of students studying in a selected area of the PRC. The inquiry was conducted at the partner universities of the North China University of Technology in Beijing and Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College in Tsingtau. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts associated with the issue. The survey is focused on the Terms such as motivation, motivational factors, motivational theory, motive stimulus, and introduction of the Z generation. The application section examines the motivational preferences of NCUT and SFTC students through a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey shall be evaluated and compared across groups of interviewees based on age, gender, form of study, or work experiences. The most important factors that motivate students are evaluated using the Student's T-test statistical method to represent differences in arithmetic mean and point out the most important preferences by the students. The conclusion of the work contains a proposal for specific recommendations.
