Abstract:

Organizační komunikace ovlivňuje chování podniku ve vnitřním i vnějším prostředí. Úspěšná činnost společnosti je do značné míry spojena s její komunikační kompetencí, tj. Schopností organizace budovat efektivní komunikaci. V moderním smyslu je kompetence dynamickými schopnostmi organizace, které představují potenciál rozpoznat nové příležitosti a překonfigurovat znalosti jako aktiva, kompetence a doplňková aktiva k dosažení udržitelné konkurenční výhody. Tento dokument zdůrazňuje a analyzuje stále se zvyšující úlohu konceptu sociální odpovědnosti podniků a udržitelného rozvoje v moderním světě vzhledem k tomu, že sociální odpovědnost podniků je důležitým nástrojem pro realizaci cílů udržitelného rozvoje, který je stanoven v aktualizované globální agendě OSN do roku 2010. Dále zkoumá vztah, podobnosti a základní rozdíly ve výkladu pojmů organizační etika, udržitelný rozvoj a sociální odpovědnost podniků. Aby bylo možné úspěšně se vypořádat se současnými otázkami, jako je konkurenceschopnost, problémy týkající se energetiky a klimatických změn nebo organizací zabývajících se lidskými právy rozhodně musí zvážit dlouhodobé perspektivy. Ačkoli bez budování ekonomické hodnoty je nemožné investovat nebo vytvářet pracovní místa - pro společnosti i společnost je nezbytné jít nad rámec optimalizace a vytvářet společnou hodnotu.

Abstract:

Organizational communication affects the behavior of an enterprise both in the internal and external environment. The successful activity of a company is largely connected with its communicative competence, i.e. ability of the organization to build effective communications. In the modern sense, competence is an organization's dynamic capabilities, which, represent potential to recognize new opportunities and reconfigure knowledge as assets, competencies and complementary assets to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This paper emphasizes and analyzing the ever-increasing role of the concept of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in the modern world, given that CSR is an important tool for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, provided for by the updated UN Global Agenda until 2030. It also investigates the relationship, similarities and fundamental differences in the interpretation of the concepts of organizational ethics, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. In order to successfully deal with the current issues like competitiveness, problems concerning energy and climate change or human rights organizations definitely need to consider long-term perspectives. Even though without building economic value it’s impossible to invest or create working places – going beyond optimization and creating shared value is essential for both companies and society.
