Bakalářská práce porovnává teoretické modely řízení podniku s modelem řízení firmy Pešek-Rambousek s.r.o. Cílem této práce je objevit současné nedostatky v chodu řízení této firmy a navrhnout konkrétní zlepšení. Tyto návrhy pak prodiskutovat s vedením firmy a pokusit se je implementovat do praxe.
