Studium rozbalování proteinů s použitím AFM

Tracking Unfolding Reactions of Proteins using Atomic Force Microscopy
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním rozbalování proteinů silovou spektroskopií jednotlivých molekul pomocí AFM. Věnuje se optimalizaci parametrů pro měření v kontaktním módu a validaci a zpracováním dat z měření proteinů. Dále se v práci zkoumá vliv pH pufrů na rozbalování proteinů.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the investigation protein unfolding events with force spectroscopy of single molecules using AFM. The subject of this work is optimization of parameters for measurements in contact mode, validation and processing of data from measurements. Furthermore, the work deals with the effect of pH buffers on protein unfolding.
