Franz Fühmann and his literary work for children

Abstract:

In my bachelor´s work I will deal with life and literary works of the German author Franz Fühmann. I will describe the steps of his life, experiences and events, as well as his literary works. In detail I will devote to his two works. Das Judenauto will be the first work. The story was one of his earliest works and it is strongly influenced by the wave of anti-semitism and belongs to the main works of the GDR. The second work is the book full of play on words Die dampfenden Hälse der Pferde im Turm von Babel. It was written in 1978 and it is the most favorite author´s work for children. The bachelor´s work includes my own research and the possibility to use it for the teaching of german.

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat životem a dílem německého autora Franze Fühmanna. Popíši jeho životní kroky, zkušenosti a příhody, stejně tak i jeho literární činnost. Podrobněji se budu věnovat jeho dvěma dílům. Prvním bude povídka Das Judenauto. Byla jedním z jeho prvních děl a je silně ovlivněna vlnou antisemitismu a patří k hlavním dílům NDR. Druhým dílem bude kniha plná slovních hříček Die dampfenden Hälse der Pferde im Turm von Babel. Byla napsána až v roce 1978 a je určena autorově nejoblíbenějšímu publiku, dětem. Práce obsahuje také vlastní výzkum inspirovaný knihou a návrh na její využití při výuce německého jazyka.
