Determination of nitrates in wine using ITP
Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem stanovování dusičnanových aniontů v červeném víně. Hlavní metodou pro toto stanovení je kapilární izotachoforéza, kde k vyhodnocení využívám metodu přídavku standardu. Pro srovnání výsledků obsahu dusičnanů v červeném víně stanovuji dusičnanové anionty spektrometricky a pomocí ISE - dusičnanové elektrody.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis, I inquire in determination of nitrate anions in red wine. Main method for this task is capilar isotachoforesis where the standard addition method is used. For comparing the results of found nitrates in red wine I determine nitrate anions by spectrometric method and by ISE - nitrate electrode.
