Abstract:
Práce se zabývá úpravou splnění závazku v českém právu (konkrétně v předpisech občanský zákoník, obchodní zákoník, návrh nového kodexu soukromého práva)a právu mezinárodním zejména pak evropském (PECL, DCFR, UNIDROIT, Vídeňská úmluva o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží). Tyto předpisy komparuje, přičemž je brán zřetel i na některá specifika - osoby třetí, splnění spotřebitelské smlouvy.

This document concerns with legislation of fullfillment of contract in czech law (concretely legal regulations in civil code, commercial code, project of new civil codex) and in international law especially european PECL, DCFR, UNIDROUIT, Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
