Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením molární hmotnosti a distribuce molárních hmotností želatiny. K tomuto účelu byla použita metoda gelové permeační chromatografie (GPC) s refraktometrickou a viskozitní detekcí. Práce se rovněž věnuje sledování vlivu iontové síly a pH mobilní fáze na kvalitu chromatografické separace s cílem vybrat nejvhodnější mobilní fázi pro charakterizaci želatiny. Funkčnost metody …more

In the graduation thesis, determination of molar mass and molar mass distribution of gelatin was performed. For this purpose, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) with refractometric and viscometric detection was employed.
