Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení reálného finančního plánu pro fiktivně vznikající studentskou kavárnu v Jindřichově Hradci. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány části podnikatelského plánu, přičemž větší prostor je věnován finančnímu plánu, na který je zaměřena celá praktická část bakalářské práce. V praktické části je sestaven finanční plán pro nově vznikající kavárnu, je zde sestavena zahajovací rozvaha, plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztráty a plánovaný cash flow. V závěru je zhodnocena reálnost založení této kavárny.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a real financial plan for a fictitiously emerging student café in Jindřichův Hradec. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.In the theoretical part there are described parts of the business plan, especially the financial plan. In the practical part there is a financial plan of the emerging café with the initial balance sheet, the planned profit and loss statement and the planned cash flow. Finally it is evaluated whether the establishment of this café is real.
