Traditional and New Understanding of Business Competition

Abstract:

Work deals with the issue of competition in business. Businesses now need to be able to define their market and their unique competitive advantages to the market stood. It also must be able to maintain their uniqueness, develop and constantly renewed, which guarantees them during this period survive and be successful. Maintaining a competitive edge is currently influencing factor in the functioning of the company. Businesses are therefore actively engaged in building strategic aspects of their competitive advantages to their market position has been compromised. The first chapter thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of competition, the competitor analysis and to build competitive advantages of the company. The second chapter highlights the importance of marketing in a competitive environment, it deals with traditional and modern competitors by maintaining a competitive advantage in business. The third chapter talks about competing strategies belonging to essential business strategy, whose purpose is to gain a competitive edge in the competitive struggle. Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou konkurencie v podnikaní. Firmy v súčasnej dobe musia vedieť definovať svoju trhovú jedinečnosť a svoje konkurenčné výhody, aby na trhu obstáli. Zároveň musia vedieť svoju jedinečnosť udržiavať, rozvíjať a stále obnovovať, čo im zaručuje v tomto období prežiť a byť úspešnými. Udržiavanie si konkurenčnej výhody je v súčasnej dobe ovplyvňujúcim faktorom fungovania firmy. Podniky sa preto aktívne zaoberajú strategickými aspektmi budovania svojich konkurenčných výhod, aby ich postavenie na trhu nebolo ohrozené. Prvá kapitola bakalárskej práce je zameraná na teoretické východiská konkurencie, na analýzu konkurencie a na budovanie konkurenčných výhod podniku. Druhá kapitola poukazuje na význam marketingu v konkurenčnom prostredí, zaoberá sa tradičnou a modernou konkurenciou a udržiavaním konkurenčnej výhody v podnikaní. Tretia kapitola hovorí o konkurenčných stratégiách patriacich k základným podnikateľským stratégiám, zmyslom ktorých je získať konkurenčnú výhodu v konkurenčnom boji.
