Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou investic v pojišťovnictví, tedy investování volných prostředků pojišťoven za účelem zisku a krytí možných ztrát. I toto investování má však svá pravidla ze strany regulatorních orgánů, a tak se ve své práci zabývám legislativou i dohledem nad pojistným trhem. This work deals with investments in insurance, thus investing the available funds of insurance companies for a profit and cover potential losses. And this investment has, however, its rules by the regulatory authorities, and thus his work dealing with legislation and supervision of the insurance market.
