Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se řízení vztahů se zákazníky – CRM. Práce vysvětluje termíny spojené s problematikou CRM, popisuje historii CRM, popisuje společnost Top People a její potřeby, charakterizuje aplikace CRM, popisuje fáze nasazení systému. Charakterizuje kroky implementačního procesu ve společnosti a zhodnocuje efektivnost navrženého řešení.

The Master´s degree work focuses on the problems of Customer Relationship Management – CRM. The project explains terms associated with CRM, describes CRM history, describes Top People company with its needs, characterizes CRM applications, describes stadiums of system implementation.
