Abstract:

Práce je především o porovnání toho, jak vnímají současné manažerské trendy ale například i problémy vyskytující se v manažerské prostředí posledních let odborné publikace v čele s předními autory, kteří udávají trendy v managementu nebo v práci s časem. Oproti nim stojí respondenti z různých manažerských pozic na základě jejichž rozhovorech je naším cílem závěry a doporučení z odborných publikací buďto potvrdit anebo vyvrátit a uvést realitou na pravou míru. V závěru práce porovnáme vzniklé výsledky jak z teoretické části, tak z rozhovorů s respondenty.

Abstract:

The work is mainly about comparing how current management trends are perceived, but also, for example, problems occurring in the managerial environment of recent years, professional publications led by leading authors who report trends in management or in working with time. In contrast, respondents from various managerial positions stand on the basis of whose interviews our goal is to either confirm or refute the conclusions and recommendations from professional publications and put reality into perspective. At the end of the work, we will compare the results from both the theoretical part and interviews with respondents.
