Analýza struktury klientely vybrané banky a klasifikace jejich nároků

Clientell Structured Analysis of Choosed Bank and Clasification of ist Claims
Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě definovaných kritérií rozdělit nároky klientů na banku a nároky banky na klienta, vymezit a rozdělit strukturu klientely v dané bance s ohledem na konkurenci. Pomocí dotazníkového setření a ankety se budeme snažit zjistit, jaká je struktura klientů České spořitelny a jaké jsou nároky klientů na svoji banku.
Abstract:
Job goal is to separate client requirements to a bank and bank requirements towards a client, on predefined basis. Separate and point out clients structure in certain bank with focus on competitors. Using questionare and toll, we will try to find out structure of Česka spořitelna clients and what are the clients demands of their bank.
