Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na celkový návrh sanace zjištěných konstrukčních poruch kostela Nanebevzetí Panny Marie v Blatné. Samotnému návrhu předchází stavebně historický průzkum. Na základě dohledaných historických dokumentů bylo upřesněno datování výstavby kostela, které je odlišné od většiny původních pramenů. Sakristie kostela je datována do let 1220 – 1250. Jedná se o původní románskou stavbu. Kněžiště bylo postaveno v letech 1490 – 1499, loď kostela následně v letech 1505 – 1510, což je období pozdní gotiky. Důležitou součástí je přesná datace stavebního vývoje objektu. Stavebně technický průzkum poukazuje na zjištěné poruchy. Na základě datace stavebního vývoje v průběhu let je formou aplikace nové metodiky návrhu oprav zvolený nejvhodnější způsob sanace historického krovu. Aplikace zmíněné metodiky zahrnuje výběr koncepce opravy na základě komparace různých přípustných metod. Návrhy oprav korespondují s běžnými požadavky pracovníků památkové péče, technickými a technologickými požadavky, a zároveň zohledňují finanční náročnost opravy. Doplňující části diplomové práce tvoří návrh obnovy fasád a dalších souvisejících oprav kostela. Součástí práce není jenom samotný technický návrh formou protézování historických prvků krovů a statické posouzení stávajících plných vazeb, ale zároveň obeznámení s architektonickými prvky, zejména z období gotiky, které jsou nezbytné pro relevantní analýzu navrhovaných metod sanace.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the redevelopment proposal of the identified construction defects. The assessed building is the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Blatná. At first the building-historical survey was processed. Based on the documents from the archive, the date of construction of the church was specified. The dating is different from most of the original available sources. The sacristy of the church dates back to the years 1220 – 1250 ant it is one of the original Romanesque buildings. The presbytery was built between 1490 – 1499, the church nave subsequently in 1505 – 1510. These periods are architectionically classified as late Gothic. The survey includes dating of the building development. The construction-technical survey is focused on detected faults. The design of repairs of the historical truss is based on a new applied methodology. Basically, it is a comparison of acceptable methods. Repair proposals correspond to the requirements of the monument care department, technical and technological requirements and also financial demands. The design of facade restoration and other related repairs are included in the theses. Furthermore, there are individual architectural periods described, especially Romanesque and Gothic. This is particularly necessary for a relevant analysis of the proposed rehabilitation methods.
