Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na memristory, které jsou považovány jako čtvrtý základní pasivní prvek elektronických obvodů. Existence tohoto prvku byla předpovězena v roce 1971, ale memristor v fyzické podobě byl představen až roku 2008. Memristory by mohly změnit vývoj a principy v oblasti elektroniky. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj memristorů, princip jejich funkce, charakterizace vlastností, používané materiály, možnosti aplikace. Pro jednoduchou konstrukci a možné potřeby levné výroby memristorů na flexibilní materiály se jako vhodná metoda jeví tiskové techniky. V práci je popsán způsob zhotovení tiskovými technikami.

Abstract:

This work is focused on memristors, which are considered as fourth fundamental passive element of electronic circuits. Potential existence of this element was postulated in 1971, but its physical model was invented in 2008. Memristors could make change of development and principles in electronic field. Aim of the work is to describe evolution of memristors, its function principles, characterization of its properties, materials used for its fabrication and possibilities of applications in electronics. Because of memristors simple structure and potential need of cost effective fabrication on flexible materials are as one of the suitable fabrication methods considered printing techniques. There are described few fabrication methods using printing techniques in the work.
