Labour law in personal work

Abstract:

The main aim of my bachelor paper is to approximate the basic issues concerting the beginning and the termination of the employment, changes including measures that results from the labor relations between the employee and the employer. The paper is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter includes basic concept of the law and the human resource management. Labor relations, various kinds of employment, contract for work excluding the employment as well as the public administration is included in the chapter two. The following third chapter consists of pre-contracted relations, the beginning and the termination of the employment. In the last chapter, institutes of the labor law are chosen together with living and working conditions, education and training of employees, collective labor relations as well as the process of the contract enclosing. Information and knowledge from certain topics of the labor law in the human resource management and the reference page are summarized in the conclusion of the bachelor paper.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť najzákladnejšiu problematiku týkajúcu sa vzniku, skončenia pracovného pomeru, zmien, vrátane opatrení vyplývajúcich pri uzatvorení pracovnoprávneho vzťahu medzi zamestnancom a zamestnávateľom. Práca je rozdelená do 4 hlavných kapitol. V prvej kapitole sú vymedzené základné pojmy práva a personálnej práce. Pracovnoprávne vzťahy, druhy pracovného pomeru, dohody o prácach vykonávaných mimo pracovného pomeru, štátna a verejná služba je zahrnutá v druhej kapitole. Nasledujúca tretia kapitola zahŕňa predzmluvné vzťahy, vznik, zánik pracovného pomeru. V poslednej kapitole sú vybrané inštitúty pracovného práva, životné a pracovné podmienky, vzdelávanie zamestnancov v pracovnom pomere, kolektívne pracovnoprávne vzťahy a postup pri uzatváraní kolektívnych zmlúv. V závere je zhrnutie bakalárskej práce, jednotlivé poznatky z vybranej témy pracovného práva v personalistike a použitá literatúra.
