Abstract:

V rámci tématu Ochrana spotřebitele na finančních trzích vypracuji pojednání, které se zabývá problematikou spotřebitelských vztahů, zejména ochranou před protiprávním jednáním podnikatele. Zabývám se také nekalými obchodními praktikami a boji proti nim. Závěrem představuji pomocí metody komparace srovnání soudního a mimosoudního řešení sporů. Všechny pojmy uvádím pomocí metody explanace, tedy rozebírám a vysvětluji pojmy a vymezení. K pojmům také uvádím právní úpravu na úrovni EU.

Abstract:

Within the topic Consumer Protection in Financial Markets, I will develop a treatise that focuses on the issue of business-to-consumer practises, especially on protection against an infringement by the business. Next, I follow up with Unfair Commercial Practices and how to counter-act it. Using the method of comparison, I present a small comparison of judicial and extrajudicial procedures. All terms are presented using the method of explanation where I analyse and explain the terms and definitions. Speaking of the terms I also present them within the legislation at the EU level.
