The adjustment of parental responsibility: the position, meaning and perception of the father´s status.

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována významu a vnímání role otce se zaměřením na postavení otců v řízení o úpravě rodičovské zodpovědnosti. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsána problematika svěřování dítěte do výchovy rodičů, postavení rodičů v soudním řízení a tradiční i nové trendy v této oblasti. Dále je představen muž/otec jako kompetentní a rovnocenný rodič a popsány možné důsledky, plynoucí pro dítě z vyloučení otce z jeho života. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována možnostem sociální pedagogiky v oblasti prevence, osvěty a řešení již vzniklých problémů, souvisejících s výkonem rodičovské zodpovědnosti. Cílem práce bylo zpracování teoretických poznatků o zájmu a předpokladech mužů k péči o děti a zachycení postojů otců, kteří prošli soudním řízením úpravy rodičovské zodpovědnosti a kteří mají zájem vychovávat své děti.

Abstract:

This work is devoted to the perception and the role of the father, with a focus on the status of fathers in the legal process and the adjustment of parental responsibility. Individual chapters are dealing with the issue of consigning the child in the care of parents, parental status in legal proceedings and traditional and new trends in this area. It also introduces a man / father as a competent and equal parent and describes possible consequences for the child resulting from the exclusion of his father's life. The final chapter is devoted to social education in the area of prevention, education and the solutions of already developed problems related to the execution of parental responsibility. The aim of this work was the processing of theoretical knowledge and assumptions about the interest of men to care for children and the capture of attitudes of fathers who have gone through legal procedures regulating parental responsibility and who are interested in raising their children.
