Endorsement of Bill of Exchange
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá převody cenných papírů se zaměřením na indosaci směnek. V úvodu se spis věnuje nesměnečným převodům cenných papírů a dále se soustřeďuje na směnečné převody, konkrétně indosament. Rozebírá zvláštní účinky indosamentu, jež jej následují, a v souvislosti s tím i druhy indosamentů. V závěru se autorka věnuje výhodám a nevýhodám indosamentu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis elaborates on transfers of bonds with special focus on endorsement of bill exchanges. The introductory part is devoted to non-bill transfers of bonds and furthermore it concentrates on bill transfers (particularly on endorsement).
