Abstract:

Fiala František: The Positive Use of Negative Information at the Business Meeting. [Bachelor's Thesis]. Banking Institute/College of Banking Prague, foreign College Banská Bystrica. Department of finance, accounting and insurance. Supervisor: Ing. Miroslav Križan, Year of defence: 2013. Number of pages: 61 Bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of negotiation strategy and the objective assessment of negative and positive information in negotiations. The emphasis is given by practice and skill of negotiation, and how to use information gathering. The communication is an important tool for achieving the goals and targets of the negotiations. The first chapter focuses on the introduction of the practices of negotiation and clarification, where discusses the tactics and methods of communication and its other ways. The second chapter discusses about the forms of acquisition and management of information essential for correct and effective gathering information before negotiations. The third chapter discusses about gist perception of negative information with their processing, positive and negative forms of communication, where using negative performance is an important part of the alternative. The last chapter analyses the communication process in the selected company to track negatives with proposal in a positive way and effective ending of business meeting.

Katedra financií, účtovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: Ing. Miroslav Križan. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 61 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá predstavením samotného vyjednávania, stratégie a dosiahnutia cieľa a pozitívne zhodnotenia negatívnych informácií v rokovaniach. Dôraz je kladený na praktiky a zručnosti vo vyjednávaní, využívaní a spôsobe získavania informácií. Samotnú komunikáciu vyzdvihuje do popredia, pretože je významným nástrojom k dosiahnutiu cieľov počas rokovaní. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na predstavenie a objasnenie praktík negociácie, kde rozoberá spôsoby taktík, samotnú komunikáciu a jej spôsoby. Druhá kapitola rozoberá formy získavania a vedenie informácií dôležité pre správne efektívne získavanie informácií pred negociáciou. V tretej kapitole sa rozoberá podstata vnímania negatívnych informácií s ich spracovaním, formy pozitívnej a negatívnej komunikácie, kde za potreby negatívneho prezentovania sa je dôležitou súčasťou alternatíva. V poslednej štvrtej kapitole je rozobratá analýza komunikačného procesu vo vybranej spoločnosti za účelom sledovania negatív s návrhom využitia v pozitívne a efektívne ukončenia obchodného rokovania.
