Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybrané výrobní společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat příčiny, které způsobují vysokou fluktuaci, a na jejich základě najít a navrhnout způsoby, jak zaměstnance motivovat k tomu, aby ze společnosti neodcházeli. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee turnover in a selected production company. The aim of the work is to analyse the causes that bring about high turnover, and based on them to find and propose ways to motivate employees not to leave the company.
