Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Ergoterapeutická intervence u Alzheimerovy choroby s využitím moderních technologií s ohledem na kognitivní funkce" pojednává o problematice Alzheimerovy choroby a s ní spojenou demencí. Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k problematice Alzheimerovy choroby a možností využití moderních metod při rehabilitaci kognitivních funkcí u ergoterapeutické intervence. Zhodnocení stavu klienta za využití metod rozhovoru, pozorování a analýzy lékařské dokumentace. Využití standardizovaných testů na vyšetření kognitivních funkcí jako jsou ACE-R a MMSE, zhodnocení ADL a stručné popsání kineziologie klienty. Navržení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. Výsledky intervence byly zhodnoceny pomocí vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a jejich porovnáním. Výsledky ukazují na mírné zhoršení v oblasti pozornosti, slovní produkce a jazyka. Mírné zlepšení nastalo v oblasti paměti a zrakově-prostorových funkcí. K zlepšení došlo i v oblasti IADL. Vyhodnocení spolupráce s klientkou, cíle práce a dopadu ergoterapeutických intervencí. Důležitost role ergoterapeuta při rehabilitaci kognitivních funkcí. Doporučení využití ICT pro další praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on "Occupational therapy intervention for people with Alzheimer's disease using modern technologies with regard to cognitive functions" deals with the issue of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to the issue of Alzheimer's disease and the possibilities of using modern methods in the rehabilitation of cognitive functions in occupational therapy intervention.Assessment of the client's condition using methods of interview, observation and analysis of medical records. Utilizing standardized tests to examine cognitive function such as the ACE-R and MMSE, assessing ADLs, and briefly describing the client's kinesiology. Designing a short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan.The results of the intervention were evaluated by means of an entrance and exit examination and their comparison. The results show a slight deterioration in attention, verbal production and language. Slight improvement occurred in memory and visual-spatial functions. There was also an improvement in IADL.Evaluation of the collaboration with the client, the goals of the work and the impact of occupational therapy interventions. The importance of the occupational therapist's role in cognitive rehabilitation. Recommendations for the use of ICT for further practice.
