Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat aplikaci zákona o elektronické evidenci tržeb z pohledu správce daně a z pohledu daňového subjektu. V úvodu práce jsou stručně vysvětleny základní pojmy, principy a zamýšlené cíle související s přijetím zákona o evidenci tržeb.
