Influence of stable microclimate on production and reproduction parameters of czech simmental dairy cows in specific breeding

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování informací o vlivu stájového mikroklimatu, přesněji teploty vzduchu, relativní vlhkosti vzduchu a teplotně-vlhkostního indexu na produkční a reprodukční parametry dojnic českého strakatého skotu v průběhu tří let 2017 až 2019. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o dané problematice z vybrané literatury a dostupných zdrojů. Praktická část diplomové práce probíhala na podniku DVP, družstvo Pyšel, kde byla za pomoci data loggeru HOBO (Onset) měřena teplota a relativní vlhkost vzduchu ve stáji. Za sledované období roku 2018 byly dostupné pouze teplotní údaje. Zhodnoceny byly i nádoje krav, výsledky z kontroly užitkovosti a data ze serveru Plemdat. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že teplota a teplotně-vlhkostní index jsou v našich podmínkách v těsném vztahu vyjádřeném korelačním koeficientem r= 0,998, tudíž relativní vlhkost vzduchu nemá, v našich podmínkách, na tepelný stres vliv. V měsících červen až srpen let 2018 a 2019 byla zjištěna negativní korelační závislost mezi teplotou a nádoji, v průměru r= -0,285. Byl zaznamenán nárůst počtu somatických buněk v mléce mezi měsíci červenec až září roku 2017. Jejich počet byl zhruba o 120 tisíc/ml vyšší než v říjnu roku 2017. Přímý vliv mikroklimatu na nádoj se nepodařilo prokázat, protože na dojnice působí celá řada faktorů. Patrný je ovšem nárůst počtu porodů mimo fyziologické rozmezí, kdy v srpnu roku 2018 dosahovala tato hodnota čtyřnásobku průměru za sledované období roku 2018. V červenci 2019 dosahovala tato hodnota trojnásobku průměru za sledované období roku 2019.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on processing information about the effect of stable microclimate, especially temperature, relative air humididy and temperature-humidity index on production and reproduction parameters of czech simmental dairy cows during the three years, since 2017 until 2019. The theoretical part summarizes the basic information about this problematic from chosen literature and available resources. The practical part of the thesis took place at DVP, druzstvo Pysel, where the temperature and relative air humidity in the stable were measured using the data logger HOBO (Onset). Only the temperature data are available for the monitored period of 2018. The Milk yields, results from the performance check and data from the Plemdat server were also evaluated. The results of the research shows that the temperature and temperature-humidity index are in closely correlated conditions in Czech republic, correlation coefficient is r= 0,998, therefore relative aid humidity has no efect on thermal stress in our conditions. In the months since June to August 2018 and 2019 a negative correlation between temperature and milk yields was found, on average r= -0,285. There was increased number of somatic cells in milk between July and september 2017. It was about 120 thousands/mililiter higher than in October 2017. The direct effect of microclimate on the milk yield has not been proven, as a number of factors affect dairy cows. However, there is an apparent increase of calving outside the physiological range, in August 2018 this value was four times the average for the reference period of 2018 and in July 2019 this value was three times the average for the reference period of 2019.
