Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat jednotlivé formy podnikání v České republice, zhodnotit jejich ekonomické výhody a nevýhody a následně navrhnout nejvýhodnější formu podnikání pro konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, to evaluate their economic advantages and disadvantages, and to suggest the most suitable form of business for a particular business entity.
