Jak supervize pomáhá k rozšíření kompetencí sociálních pracovníků v organizaci Náruč dětem

Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá popisem supervize a jejího přínosu v profesi sociální práce, a to zejména ve spojení s rozšiřováním kompetence odborného růstu. Na základě výsledků v empirické části je představen popis, jak pracovníkům napomáhá supervize k odbornému růstu a jaké atributy k tomu potřebují. Závěr shrnuje hlavní přínosy této závěrečné práce.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the description of supervision and its contribution in the profession of social work, especially in connection with the expansion of professional competence. Based on the results in the empirical part, a description of how supervision helps employees to grow professionally and what attributes they need to do so is presented.
