Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stresu v intenzivní péči ve vztahu k pracovnímu výkonu. Teoretická část charakterizuje stres v obecném pojetí, popisuje jeho vliv na zdraví a mapuje jeho nejčastější příčiny. The thesis deals with the issue of stress in intensive care in relation to work performance. The theoretical part characterizes stress in general, describes its impact on health and maps its most common causes.
