Calculation is a tool of cost management at Jozef Krbyľa - AUTOOPRAVA company

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to propose and recommend a calculation system that will lead into a higher efficiency of cost management in a selected company. Based on study of the expert literature of local and foreign authors, theoretical background of the thesis characterizes costs as a fundamental basis for calculations and gives an overview of costs classification. Furthermore, this part defines calculations and explains various calculation methods. Analytical part of the thesis focuses on the selected company, its structure as well as its economic situation. As a result of a detailed research, we analyze current condition of the company´s cost management and company´s environment. In the summary of the thesis, which may be considered the major outcome of the thesis, we propose a suggestion of particular calculations used as a cost management tool.

Abstract:

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť kalkulačný systém, pomocou ktorého budú efektívnejšie riadené náklady v podniku. Teoretická časť na základne odbornej literatúry charakterizuje a člení náklady potrebné k vykonávaniu kalkulácii, a tiež charakterizuje kalkulácie a kalkulačné metódy. Analytická časť opisuje podnik, jeho organizačnú štruktúru, ekonomickú situáciu, súčasný stav riadenia nákladov a okolie podniku. Záver práce je venovaný návrhu konkrétnych kalkulácií, používaných ako nástroj riadenia nákladov.
